Reasons to contest a Will

Even though the law recognises a person’s right to choose who will inherit his or her property on death, there are sometimes good reasons why a person should be contesting a Will, including:

  1. You have been left out of the Will;
  2. You have not been adequately provided for;
  3. The Will is not valid; or
  4. There is no Will.

Whatever your reason for contesting the Will, we will assist you to work out what entitlements you might have and then work with you to secure your proper  entitlements.
